4th Grade One Point Perspective Drawings
4th graders have been hard at work on their one point perspective aquarium drawings. Before they began their drawings we talked about the element of art, space. We discussed that space is making some things look close and some look far away in an artwork. We learned how to show space in an artwork in 2nd grade. Now, as 4th graders we are expanding our knowledge of drawing using space by trying our hand at one point perspective. This new drawing skill has been a challenge for some, but the drawings are really turning out great. Our hard work is paying off! This week we started adding the animals to our drawings. I'm looking forward to seeing these finished!
